General information Construction Finance is a Mac app designed to help construction businesses track income, expenses, collections, materials, timesheets, work schedules and reports. The app stores project and financial records on the user’s own device. Data stored in the app Users may enter project information, employer and company information, income and collection records, expense and payment records, material and supplier records, personnel and timesheet information, work schedule and progress records, and PDF, CSV or JSON backups. Server transfer Construction Finance does not automatically upload project and financial records to our servers. Company records, project data, payments, timesheets and cost details remain on the user’s device unless the user chooses to export or share files. Subscription information Construction Finance may be offered with a yearly subscription. Subscription and payment operations are managed through the Apple App Store. Payment card information and Apple account payment details are handled by Apple and are not stored by the developer. The app may store technical license information securely on the device to check subscription status. Offline usage Existing records can be viewed and local data operations can work without an internet connection. Subscription verification may require an internet connection from time to time. Backup Users can create JSON backups from within the app and restore them when needed. The security and storage of backup files are the user’s responsibility. Third-party services Subscription and payment operations are provided through Apple App Store infrastructure. Our website may use standard hosting, security or analytics tools. Data deletion Users can delete or archive records in the app or remove the app from their device. Local data and backup files may need to be deleted separately.
